Are you an experienced RVN in Southwest London who is looking for a new opportunity in a first opinion practice with a focus on humans as well as animals?
We have a super exciting opportunity for a Head RVN to join a growing SA team. You will be leading a team of talented nurses, as well as liaising with the Vets and management team consistently. As well as RVNs, there are also SVN’s who require mentoring. The role will revolve around humans as much as animals – both front of house and behind the scenes. From tutoring, to upholding clinical standards, to improving profitability, to complex medical cases & exquisite customer service, you will have a highly varied role with one underlining factor – high quality care all around. No two days will be the same!
The practice itself is state-of-the-art with all the mod cons you would expect, including in-house laboratory, digital x-ray, ultrasound, hospital ward, isolation unit, sterile operating theatre & much, much more.
This is a full-time, permanent position with no OOH requirements, creating a fantastic work/life balance. This is the perfect role for an experienced RVN/HVN who is looking for a new challenge that embraces high quality animal nursing, people, management skills & tutoring.
Who are we looking for?
- RCVS registered
- Experienced RVN / HVN (people management experience preferred)
- Confident in all aspects of first opinion nursing
- Someone who is a great communicator, team player & leader
- A RVN who is organised & efficient at admin
- Impressive people skills
- High clinical standards
