Our client owns a modern, first opinion practice in West London which uphold a super loyal client base. They have brilliant facilities and equipment including digital x-ray, in-house laboratory and dental facilities. They have a wonderful referral network (including a visiting peripatetic surgeon for more complex cases), making them popular in the local community as the go to problem solver.
The team are close-knit, currently inclusive of 2 Vets and a supportive nursing team. They are looking for a HVN to join the team to take their nursing team up to the next level, with your duties including supervising operating schedules, running nurse clinics, training of SVN and VCA, organising rotas, account management, insurance claims, admin tasks, as well as general first opinion nursing.
This is a full-time, permanent position, covering 5 days per week. You will be required to work alternate Saturdays with TOIL. As a practice, they really value their team, and this is shown in their dedication for creating a work/life balance as well as providing full support for the team.
Who are we looking for?
- RCVS registered
- Leadership experience preferred – but will also take someone who is looking for the next step in their career
- Must be a confident, all round RVN
- High clinical standards & amazing customer service skills
- Patient & positive attitude
- Clinical Coach preferred, or willingness to train to be one
Working hours & benefits:
- Full-time, permanent position
