We are currently working with an independent group that are on the outskirts of Reading and hoping to find a positive, team focused RVN to join their experienced and close-knit team.
The surgery is purpose built with glass walls to encourage transparency to clients, state of the art facilities and a lovely light working environment.
The present team consists of a huge number of specialisations and certificates within the nursing and vet team. As a result, there is a huge variety of caseloads day to day.
This position is a full-time role. This is 40 hours across 4 days, you have a 1 hour paid lunch break each day within this. 1 in 4 Saturdays- this is 9am-4pm with TOIL. No Sundays. NO OOH. No on call.
The ideal candidate will be a positive individual, with a passion for all aspects of nursing. You will be happy working within a busy, team environment, you shall be looking to continue to learn longer term.

Key benefits:
- Salary of £26,000 – £29,000 depending on experience.
- No OOH.
- No Sundays.
- 5 week annual leave + BH off.
- CPD is £750 with 3 paid days off per year.
- Certificates are encouraged additionally and funded.
- Working within an independent practice environment.
