Exciting role for an RVN looking for a new chapter within an independent group, with generous salary (up to £38k per annum!) 

We are excited to be working with an independent group in the Northwich area. Due to client growth, they are hoping to find an RVN to extend their current nursing team.

The ideal candidate will be a good team player, enthusiastic, proactive and motivated to provide a high quality first opinion service to their patients and clients.

They reward their RVNs with salaries from £28k (new/recently qualified) to £38k depending on experience and further qualifications. The group has seven vets with Advanced Practitioners in Anaesthesia, ECC and Medicine and are fully supported by an experienced and dedicated front of house team. With visiting Specialist vets in Orthopaedics, Soft Tissue Surgery, Cardiology and Diagnostic imaging. Ensuring a fantastic standard of care to all patients and the opportunity to care for interesting and challenging cases.

The current nursing team is very experienced with eight RVNs and three SVNs, led by a DipAVN and includes ECC certificate holders within the team. Our client recognises how integral the nursing team is within the practice, and as a result they are valued and really looked after.

Hours are full time across a 4 day week, with shifts a combination of 8-5, 10-7 or 11-8 and a shared weekend/night rota.

Weekend days are 8am – 8pm (with days off in lieu). Overnight inpatient care is Monday – Sunday 8pm-8am with a full week off in lieu, this is on a fair rota and isn’t too frequent.
