Our client is an independent group, and they are looking for a team focused RVN to lead one of their teams in their branch surgery.
The ideal candidate will love all nursing first opinion and be a keen communicator- both with your team and building strong relationships with longstanding clients.
Full time hours are 37.5 hours per week, with no ooh. 1 in 4 Saturday mornings on rota.
Within this role you would also be involved in all aspects of fist opinion nursing and surgery, this would include theatre, consults and regular inpatient care.
Our client is focused on finding the right fit for their friendly team and are keen to encourage CPD and RVNs to develop. If you have a keen interest in an area, they will ensure that you can do so.
