About the practice

We are working with a purpose built and advanced veterinary practice accredited hospital near to Colchester.

They have great staff retention and really look after their team, so this is a rare opportunity!

The current team have a huge amount of experience including specialists in Surgery, Medicine, ECC, Ophthalmology and Exotics. Alongside 11 other vets that are also perusing certificates in their field of interest and many RVNs having completed or studying certificates.

There is a huge variety of caseloads day to day, with all patients being kept on site to ensure case continuity and high standards of care.

Their night team is expanding, and as a result we are looking for an inpatient focused RVN that enjoys OOH and ward nursing. You would join an experienced team of over 20 RVNs within the hospital and cover purely OOH yourself.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a RVN with a passion for wards and inpatient care to really come into their own. Without the pressure of ECC cases coming in through the night, you can really focus on looking after your inpatients whilst working in a close-knit night team.
