Our Client in Leeds is looking for another confident Vet to join their growing OOH team within their state-of-the-art, purpose-built hospital.
The practice is modern and progressive, filled with stunning facilities and equipment such as IDEXX laboratory, digital x-ray, ultrasound, ECG, IM3 dental machine, IM3 dental x-ray, orthopaedic surgical kit, endoscopy and Tonopen. Although not an exhaustive list – this gives an insight into what you could be working with.
The night team is talented and dynamic, consisting of 3 Vets and a dedicated nursing and VCA team. The team oversees a variety of cases, including covering the OOH/ECC for other first opinion practices in the vicinity. No two nights are ever the same! Priding themselves on high clinical standards and excellent patient care, you must align with this strong work ethic and ethos.
The Role
As a Vet at this practice, you will be involved in a variety of complex cases, including inpatient care and ECC work. The caseload is vast and varied, creating a fast-paced, exciting environment. On a usual night, you will work alongside 1 Senior RVN, 2 VCA’s and a Receptionist.
The role is 7 on 14 off, Monday – Sunday, creating an amazing work/life balance.
Experience / Who we are looking for
- RCVS registered
- 3+ years’ experience
- Confident Vet with solid medical & surgical skills
- Strong clinical skills & high standards
- Excellent patient care
