We are working with a well-established small animal team that are looking for a team focused, light hearted RVN (or soon to qualify SVN.) This is to join their experienced team on a permanent basis.
The surgery has fantastic transport links to Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire and easy to commute to.
Our client is focused on finding the right personality (and clinical!) fit for their team, so they are open to both full and part time applications.
They are focused on ensuring their team have a brilliant work / life balance and as a result can provide a role without OOH or weekends as a requirement!
The present team consists of 2.5 vets, 3 nurses, 4 VCAs and a brilliant support team on site.
The practice is a training site, so if you are newly qualified RVN you will be able to gain any additional support you may need. Alternatively, if you are more experienced and enjoy training SVNs this would be advantageous. If you would like to train SVNs but never have before, they are happy to provide clinical coach training to enable you to do so.
For a full time role this is 40 hours per week, but as mentioned part time applications are welcomed as they have flexibility with rota.
