We are currently working with a well-established small animal group that are looking for their next veterinary surgeon to join them, on either a full or part time basis.

Location

The group is based in County Durham, which is in easy reach of the Northeast coast, Yorkshire Dales and Yorkshire Moors. With good train links to London, Manchester and other cities are only a short journey away. They are perfectly situated if you enjoy the quiet country life but like to have the city within easy reach for trips away.

The Role

As a Veterinary Surgeon at this practice, your duties would be varied including a mixture of consults and surgery, with full support from the team in branch. This is a first opinion small animal practice, and you would be working as part of a progressive team in a totally patient and client focussed practice, with full clinical freedom.

• You will be keen to progress and improve long term with a passion for CPD and individual growth.
• Our client is happy to consider all experience levels, they are more focused on finding the right personality fit within the team- they will consider both full and part time.

Work Hours & Benefits

Full time standard hours would be 40 hours (over 4 days) per week with 1 in 6 weekends (with TOIL during the week). NO OOH.
Part time hours are negotiable. 1 in 6 weekends (with TOIL during the week). NO OOH.

  • 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays
