We have an extremely exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a dynamic, first opinion team in the vibrant city of Nottingham.
The practice is well-established and loved by the loyal clientele, providing wonderful services to the local community. It is well equipped with state-of-the-art facilities such as in-house laboratories, imaging facilities (incl. digital x-ray and ultrasound) & operating theatres. The consult rooms are bright, airy and spacious, creating a fantastic work environment and uplifting space.
You would be joining a wise team, with various interests and talents, these include specialisms such as nurse clinics and animal behaviour. They are a close-knit group who work brilliantly together and are looking forward to another member joining them!
The Role
This role is a maternity cover contract to cover one of their current lovely RVN’s – you will be welcomed into the first opinion team with open arms. You will be involved in all general nursing duties of a first opinion practice, using the amazing facilities & working within a talented team. You will also be involved in nurse clinics.
The role is a full-time position, just over 40 hours a week on average. The earliest start time is 8:30am and latest finish 7pm. With only 1:4 Saturday mornings and no OOHs, this is a brilliant role to keep a fantastic work/life balance.
Experience / Who we are looking for
- RCVS registered
- Highly skilled in anaesthesia
- Must have own transport & full driving license
- Must have amazing organisational skills & be a great team player
- Brilliant customer service & client care skills
