This is a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Veterinary Nurse to join the team at a wonderful Tier 3 hospital in West Yorkshire. Excellent facilities and equipment are at your disposal here, with seven consult room, three theatres on-site and on-site CT, dental suite, digital x-ray and dental x-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratory and endoscopy.
The hospital prides itself on upholding a high clinical standard, and they expect equally high standards from their nurses. Equally, the team here is keen to promote a healthy work/life balance – ensuring everyone takes a lunch break and leaves on time at the end of the day, as well as encouraging social events within the team! The team is wide-ranging and diverse with a variety of talents and interests.
In this role, you will see a varied and busy ECC caseload, working within a bustling flagship hospital. You should be a good team player, with an enthusiasm for providing top care to patients and clients. It is key that you are keen to keep learning and developing, and the client encourages that you undertake CPD which is relevant to your role and your interests.
This is a full-time, permanent position where there is flexibility available for the correct candidate.
Who are we looking for?
- RCVS registered – all experience levels welcome
- A team focused RVN, although hopefully also happy working independently
- You shall have a passion for high standards of care and client service
- Ideally you will be looking to progress long term, and thus like the idea of working with more complex cases too
