Are you a RVN in Lancashire who wants to work for an independent, flourishing practice?
Our Client owns a multi-branch group close to Preston, all of which are beautifully well equipped, with facilities such as ECG, ultrasound, digital x-ray, in-house laboratory, soft tissue, orthopaedics, dental surgery and much more. They pride themselves on their high clinical standards and top-quality client care, as well as their super friendly family work environment. They have also proudly achieved RCVS accreditation. They also cover farm & equine, as well as having a high exotic caseload.
You will be joining a large & diverse team, including nearly 15 Vets and over 10 RVN’s (as well as a supportive admin, management & VCA team) over the 4 branches. Their interests vary (including orthopaedics, medicine, surgery, and exotics) creating a dynamic and exciting team to be within.
The role is solely small animal, with your usual day covering all aspects of first opinion nursing, including theatre, consults, inpatient care & clinics. This is a full-time, permanent position with only 1:13 weekends and no OOH requirements. The practice creates a truly impressive work/life balance for their team.
Who are we looking for?
- RCVS registered
- All experience levels welcome
- A good all-round small animal RVN
- Need to be a ‘people person’ as well as loving animals!
- High clinical standards as well as impressive customer service and client care
- Must be a great team player & thrive in a group environment
Working hours & benefits:
