Are you looking to work in a friendly, supportive practice that pride themselves on high standards of care? Our Client has a wonderful opportunity for a RVN to join their growing small animal, first opinion team in Redditch.
The practice itself is purpose-built with all the mod cons you’d expect of an RCVS-accredited surgery, such as five consult rooms, two operating theatres, a diagnostic suite (with digital X-ray and ultrasound), a dental suite (with dental X-ray), comprehensive Idexx In-house laboratory equipment and tonopen. They work hard to upkeep high clinical standards and provide amazing customer service, aided by their wonderful facilities.
The team currently consists of 4 Vets and over 5 on the nursing team, all with a variety of interests and specialisms, such as diagnostic imaging, internal medicine, surgery, nutrition & nurse clinics. They are a diverse team that are looking for another RVN to bring in a fresh set of skills to their growing, exciting group.
The Role
As a RVN at this practice, you will be involved in all aspects of first opinion nursing. From consults to ops to running busy nurse clinics – you will have the opportunity to be involved with it all & expand on your own interests. You will be encouraged to have your own clinical freedom and really enjoy your day at work!
The role is 40 hours per week, with one weekday off every week. After working 1:3 weekends, you will have a long weekend off after weekend worked. The practice are super passionate about making sure every member of staff have a fantastic work/life balance.
