About this role and our client
We are working with a lovely, independent veterinary practice in Cornwall who are looking for an RVN to join them on a permanent basis. You’ll benefit from working within a supportive team environment, with an emphasis on work life balance meaning your working day will usually just be a 7.5hr shift, with no nights or OOH. There is also a huge focus on RVN wellbeing within the practice, so if you dream of working for a supportive employer where your ideas and special interests will be encouraged, this is the role for you! The surgery has a loyal, local client base built carefully over many years of providing outstanding client and patient care. As an RVN, you’ll be responsible for carrying out nurse consults/clinics, assisting in surgery/anaesthesia, post op recovery and Saturday clinics every 1:3 for a half day. This is a full-time role which averages out at about 38.5hrs/week which includes the Saturday hours. Shift times fall between 8.15am-7pm and will generally be 7.5hrs.
