We are working with a wonderful, thriving independent practice offering small animal and equine care.  They are looking for a RVN to join their current experienced team.

The group are well established, and their aim is to provide a professional, caring, veterinary service to all their clients and their animals.

Our client has over 80 members of staff across their group- including their own OOH night team. With 4 branches, they are still a close-knit team, and they pride themselves on their focus on wellbeing across all their sites. With regular social events, in and out of work- the common theme is the good cake quantity!

The vets are friendly and highly experienced. With an excellent support team of nurses and receptionists who are dedicated and committed to providing the highest standard of care.

The ideal candidate will be full time- working 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) plus a 1:3 Saturday morning.  Weekends are worked on a rota basis and currently run at approximately 1:12. We are open to applications from part time RVNs too as we are more focused on finding the right individual.

The successful candidate will utilise all nursing skills and our client encourages their nurses to run a range of clinics including puppy parties, weight loss clinics and dental checks.  There is also encouragement in becoming Clinical Coaches to help train the next generation of RVNs- but this isn’t a requirement.
