Are you an experienced RVN in Essex who is looking for an exciting night role? If so, we might have the perfect opportunity for you!
The hospital is open 24/7, creating a wide-ranging caseload from ECC to complex referral cases. They have state-of-the-art facilities and equipment to be able to care for their patients, including in-house laboratory, digital x-ray, ultrasound, isolation unit, hospital ward & sterile operating theatres.
You will be joining a dedicated night team but will also be a part of the wider practice family. Altogether, they have nearly 10 Vets and a highly supportive and varied nursing team. With interests including medicine, orthopaedics, ECC and soft tissue surgery, you will be joining a dynamic and exciting team who are there to also support and develop your interests.
This is a full-time, permanent position, covering 40 hours per week and only 1:4 weekends. You will need to have strong general nursing skills, with a particular interest in ECC and inpatient care to truly thrive in this role.
Who are we looking for?
- RCVS registered
- Ideally have previous OOH & hospital experience
- Confident in all areas of general veterinary nursing
- A great team player & efficient communicator (but also be confident in your own abilities)
- High clinical standards & impressive patient care
Working hours & benefits:
