About the practice
We are working with a well-established practice near to Barnstaple, with high patient standards and a positive working environment and dedicated team. They are proud of their team environment, and their owner has a real passion for ensuring mental health is a priority across the team.
The practice has a great reputation locally, and this role has only become available due to client growth. With ISFM Silver status, RCVS accreditation and working as a SVN training site, you’ll never have a dull day!
The current team is very close knit, and they pride themselves on the family feel they have throughout the practice and how they all help each other as much as possible.
Duties and hours
Hours are full time (40 hours/week) with weekends on rota.
No OOH.
You will cover all aspects of first opinion caseloads and surgery. Within your day you will help teach SVNs and enjoy being/be keen to become a clinical coach.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal RVN will be friendly, down-to-earth, have a genuine interest in animal welfare and be someone that will get on well with the current team and clients. As their practice continues to expand, they are hoping to find someone who is keen to contribute to driving development and growth of the practice.
- RCVS registered.
- You will be a confident and empathetic nurse.
- With good all-round skills and experience to lead the nursing team in a very busy, growing practice.
- Ideally you will be a clinical coach already, or happy to become one.
- Great team player & communicator.
- High clinical standards & gold standard patient care.
- Someone who is looking to develop their career.
Key benefits:
- Salary of up to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience.)
