We are currently working with a well established group who have been voted a ‘world class’ company to work for by staff members in 2022.
This role has become available due to client growth, and as a result they are expanding their premises and team! This is an exciting time to join the practice with new facilities and a positive feel to the group.
The group have 4 sites across the Southport and surrounding area. With a huge focus on employee wellbeing, flexibility, and happiness in the workplace. They also are very environmentally aware and have been awarded for this.
Many of the vets are specialists in their field and have cerificates, and as a result there is a great range of caseloads each day, with orthopaedic and exotics seen regularly.
Hours are full time, and this works out as a 38-hour week. A full day is 8-6:30, including a paid ½ hour for lunch. Many of their team to work a rolling pattern (a leftover from covid!) of 4 full days one week, and 3 full days the following week- this is obviously favourable when it comes to travel time. Whereas other team members work 3 full day shifts and a half day 8-1 or 1:30-6:30. This is completely your choice which option you choose!
1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30 – 1pm (though the branch closes at 12pm so often leave then if finished).
There is no on call and no out of hours.
