Job Vacancy: Permanent Veterinary Nurse required for a busy, small animal surgery in Swansea / South Coast of Wales

About this vacancy, our client & this Vets Practice

We are working with a busy, friendly, first opinion surgery that are looking for a dedicated Veterinary Nurse to join their knowledgeable team for the long term.

Day to day you would cover mainly first opinion caseloads, but there would be some second opinion patients also. These would likely be orthopaedic or skincare related.

Wonderful facilities.

If you are a Clinical Coach (or prepared to train as one) this would be an advantage.

Veterinary Duties

You would cover all aspects of nursing from consults through to surgery and some sole charge work.

You will also have the potential to cover some orthopaedic and dermatology cases on a second opinion basis.


We require a nurse who is registered and fully qualified.

Working Hours & Benefits

Hours work out as full time- this is based on a 40 hour working week. There is no out of hours. You would be required to work one in four Saturday mornings; which you receive time off in lieu for covering.
