About the practice

We are working with a well-established, small animal group that cover the Warwickshire area.  With a focus on high standards of patient care and with modern facilities.

They are currently seeking a RVN to join their group on a permanent basis. This would be based within one of their busy, small animal GP sites that is located near to Stratford Upon Avon.

The group has a focus on team happiness/wellbeing, with a keen emphasis on ensuring all nurses are working with areas they enjoy.

This role is based within a busy, 1st opinion practice and you would also work within their RCVS accredited hospital if covering a weekend or OOHs. There is a huge range of cases covered each day from complex surgeries to 1st opinion nursing, you’ll certainly have variety in what you do if you are successful!

All experience levels are actively encouraged to apply, even if you are in your final year and waiting to qualify! Our client is more focused on finding the right fit for their team.

Duties and hours

You will cover all aspects of first opinion caseloads and surgeries.

Hours are full time, and this works out as 40 hours per week. With 1:7 Saturday mornings.
You would be able to choose between working either 1:13 full weekends or 1:8 weeks of nights at their hospital- with TOIL following.

Nb- if you cover OOH, you are paid very well for this additional work on top (circa £4000 per annum.)
