We are excited to be working with an independent group in the Northwich area. Due to client growth, they are hoping to find a Veterinary Surgeon to extend their current team. They have two small animal sites.
The ideal candidate will be a good team player, enthusiastic, proactive and motivated to provide a high quality first opinion service to their patients and clients.
The group has seven vets with Advanced Practitioners in Anaesthesia, ECC and Medicine and are fully supported by an experienced and dedicated front of house team. With visiting Specialist vets in Orthopaedics, Soft Tissue Surgery, Cardiology and Diagnostic imaging. Ensuring a fantastic standard of care to all patients and the opportunity to care for interesting and challenging cases. They are as a result open to vets who may have certain areas of interest.

Our client is openminded to the experience level of the vet applying with the ability to support a new grad, or equally give a huge amount of opportunity to someone much more experienced. They are more focused on finding the right fit for the group personality wise.
Hours are full time across a 4 day week, with shifts a combination of 8-5, 10-7 or 11-8 and a shared weekend/night rota. The hospital’s weekend and impatient rota is currently 1:8 and uses a dedicated out-of-hours provider for on-call.
Weekend days are 8am – 8pm (with days off in lieu).
