About the practice
Our client is a fantastic group that cover the Warwickshire area, they are well established and have a focus on high standards of patient care. With a very experienced vet and nurse team (many being cert holders) they have a huge variety of caseloads day to day.
Schedule 3 is actively encouraged, and our client encourages their RVNs to do as much as they can within their role as an RVN.
With employee wellbeing being at the heart of what they do, there is low staff turnover, and the group rarely recruit.
All levels of experience actively encouraged to apply (including soon to qualify RVNs.)

Duties and hours
You would cover all aspects of first opinion caseloads and surgeries.
Full time hours are classed as 35 hours per week.
1 in 13 weekends on rota.
1 in 10 nights on rota (paid additionally for this.)

- RCVS registered.
- A confident, caring RVN.
- Great team player & communicator.
- High clinical standards & gold standard patient care.
- All experience levels welcome.

Key benefits:
- Salary of £30,000 per annum, which increases to £34,000 per annum when joining the OOH on rota.
- Full time hours are only classed as 35 hours per week!
