We recently attended the BVNA Congress, which ran from 12-14 October 2017 at Telford International Centre in Shropshire.
The British Veterinary Nursing Association (BVNA) was formed in 1965. It is the only representative organisation for veterinary nurses and other veterinary support staff in the UK and their aim is to promote animal health and wellbeing through the skills and commitment of professional Vets.
This was a really productive and insightful day for VN Recruitment. The day was spent engaging with Veterinary Nurses from around the UK; from experience nurses through to newly qualified RVNs. It was a great opportunity to engage with our client base and discuss their career aspirations, experiences with recruitment and the availability of jobs in the Veterinary sector.
The day also saw one of our Nurses win the prize draw. Leanne Butcher is an RVN and was the lucky winner of an iPad on the day.
The BVNA Congress runs every year and is a brilliant opportunity for anyone involved in the Veterinary sector to come together.
