Exciting role for a Veterinary Surgeon looking for a new challenge as a Clinical Director near Hereford / Herefordshire

Our client already has an experienced team of both Vets, RVNs and the support team. They are simply looking for the right individual to lead the team.
As well as working as the Clinical Director, you will also still work as a Veterinary Surgeon and lead by example. The current team has certificates holders, and others studying for certificates. So ideally you will be encouraging of this and help where possible.
Our client is also a training site and have a focus on teaching SVNs- which enables them to ensure they always have brilliant RVNs within the group.
This is ideally a full time (4 days a week) role. This includes occasional weekends on rota, and 1 night on call a week- accommodation can be provided for this.
