✨ Monday April 13th 2020 ✨

So today marks half a decade of my business- also known as VN Recruitment Ltd / VNR/ my baby / my second love (Archie was my first!) and at times something I have really stressed/cried and deeply worried over.

I formed VNR with a purpose to be different, whilst helping others. To give something back to the Veterinary industry and not be a typical “Recruitment company”- which a lot of our clients and candidates (quite rightly) don’t trust. As a business owner, I personally have had some huge highs, and at times big lows. But I couldn’t be more grateful for the last 5 years.

I have developed, grown and most importantly continued to learn every day- learning from others, and at times making mistakes along the way.

I feel fortunate to work with THE BEST (I’m not just saying that) team I’ve ever worked alongside, who bring smiles, laughter, enthusiasm, humour and warmth to VNR (and me!)

At the age of 23, I had hoped but never imagined where VNR and my dream team could be at this point. I’ll be raising a class (and cupcake or two 🧁) to my team, our supporters, our clients, our candidates and the industry. Here’s to another 5 years 🥂
