Are you an experienced RVN looking to join a friendly, supportive team?
We are working with a busy RCVS accredited hospital with purpose built facilities including; 8 consulting rooms, 3 theatres, X-ray and dental facilities, CT, separate dog and cat wards and a dedicated ICU.
You’ll be joining a collaborative nursing team with a varied medical and surgical caseload, including regular orthopaedic procedures.
The role
We’re looking for an experienced RVN who enjoys working as part of a team and is keen to be involved in a varied caseload.
You’ll have plenty of opportunity to use your nursing skills while working alongside a supportive team who value good communication, teamwork and excellent patient care.
Hours
- 40 hours per week
- 4 day working week
- 1 in 6 weekends, covering Saturday and Sunday – with TOIL.
Daily Duties
- Inpatient and intensive care nursing.
- Medical and surgical nursing.
- Anaesthesia, monitoring and recovery.
- Peri-operative and post-operative care.
- Supporting orthopaedic procedures.
- Working closely with the wider veterinary team.
- Providing excellent patient and client care.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for an experienced RVN who is:
- RCVS registered.
- Confident with medical and surgical nursing.

- Salary is upto £32,800 FTE (Dependent on experience.)
