We are working with an exciting opportunity in the Aylesbury area within a well-established, small animal surgery with a real focus on staff wellbeing, as well as high standards of patient care.
Our client is looking for a Head Veterinary Nurse to lead their team and make an integral difference to their present team.
You will be joining an existing team of 7 vets and 9 Nurses (including their SVNs) as well as a fantastic client care team, all dedicated to providing outstanding healthcare with low stress methods.
You will be directing the day to day running of the clinical team, lending a hand where needed, you will be able to be a role model in your duties, as well as having managerial skills to optimise workflow.
Day to say you will foster the nursing team with their individual surgical and medical interests, as well as assisting the training of the whole nurse and VCA team.
You will be involved in appraisals and auditing of clinical care, and so must be able to inspire and motivate.
This is a Full-Time role working 40 hours per week, no OOH and w/e on rota (with TOIL.)
