Our client has a large veterinary hospital with 5 branch surgeries within the group. All their sites all are well equipped and work at the highest standards possible.

They have a rare opportunity for a clinical nurse manager to join them on a permanent basis within their hospital. The role includes a wide breadth of nursing duties alongside protected non-clinical time so you can develop your team and be fully involved in the senior leadership of the practice.

We are looking for someone who will thrive in a fast-paced, progressive environment and can lead a team of RVNs, PCAs and SVNs to build on the fantastic strengths they already have within the team environment.

Within this role you will line manage the hospital nursing team, with the support of the group nursing manager and another CNM.

Hours are full time; this is 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days. Weekends are on rota, with TOIL following. NO OOH.
