We are working with a wonderful group with a strong focus on wellbeing, mental health and flexibility in the workplace. Our client prides themselves for their relaxed work environment, with 2 owners working across both sites full time.
They cover the North East area of Leeds, and have two surgeries within their group that comprises of 7 other veterinary surgeons, 7 veterinary nurses, 2 vcas and a experienced, welcoming reception team.
Within the vet team you have two GP cert holders, and the opportunity to develop your own areas of interest- with the encouragement both mentally and financially with CPD. The team are really sociable and regularly have team days to maintain the fun, honest and ‘family feel’ to the group.
This role is available purely due to our client’s growth from their reputation, thus we are more focused on finding the right team fit- both personally and clinically.
This role can be 20-40 hours a week depending on what the ideal candidate is looking for. NO OOH and 1 in 3 Saturdays with TOIL.
